  • Racquet Works was built to support the entire racquet sports industry — not just private clubs. Our platform serves private clubs, resorts, commercial facilities, HOA clubs, public tennis centers, and multi-sport racquets facilities.

  • New content is added regularly across the platform. Racquet Works is designed to be an evolving resource library with ongoing contributions from industry leaders, club operators, coaches, and hospitality professionals. We have both weekly and monthly content refreshes. Weekly updates will typically include new quick tips, resources, and daily drops. Monthly content updates feature fresh learnings and courses.

As the platform grows, users can expect continued updates including new courses, learning pathways, resources, webinars, and event opportunities.

  • Racquet Works itself is not a coaching association or certifying body. That being said, we are actively working with our partners at the RSPA and PTR to provide continuing education opportunities and ongoing education credits through the platform. We hope to announce more details on that process soon.

  • The first step is to use the password reset option and follow the prompts to create a new password.

If you continue experiencing login issues after resetting your password, please contact Reagan Ramage at rramage@cliffdrysdale.com for assistance.

  • The Racquet Works website and app serve as the central hub for navigating all content, discovering resources, and accessing educational materials. Users can browse articles, quick tips, learning resources, and industry content directly through the website.

Our LMS (Learning Management System) is where more in-depth educational courses and structured learning pathways are hosted. Users will navigate to those courses through the Racquet Works website, but users must be logged in to both sites in order gain access.

Together, the website and LMS create a connected ecosystem for both quick learning and long-form content.
