A 27-year veteran of Troon, Bill has been in the golf club and hospitality industry for three plus decades and has served in a wide range of roles before culminating his field career as the general manager of a top 100 club in San Diego. Since then, in his capacity as a senior operations officer, he’s guided and collaborated with stakeholders supporting clubs throughout the western US.

 

His interest in the science of decision making and economics drives his passion to build effective cultures by providing insight into why people make the decisions they do.
