Meet Ajay Pant

As the founder of Karundy, a tennis consulting company, Ajay Pant helps racquet clubs increase their profit and revenue per court.
Ajay brings a wealth of experience from leadership roles at some of the largest racquet sports operations in the country. He served as the Senior Vice President for Life Time Racquets for seven years, where he managed the largest tennis, pickleball, and squash operations in the United States across 130 clubs. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Operations for the Junior Tennis Champions Center in Maryland and served as the National Tennis Director for Midtown Clubs for nearly two decades.
In addition to his corporate roles, Ajay is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida's Director of Racquets program and a consultant for the USTA Education's Business and Financial modules. He also served as the Cities Coordinator for the Arthur Ashe and Nick Bollettieri Cities programs.
Ajay's expertise is widely recognized. He is one of only 16 global teaching professionals to receive the "Master Pro" designation from both the Racquet Sports Professional Association (RSPA) and the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR). He has also been honored as "Pro of the Year" by both PTR and USPTA, and "Tennis Person of the Year" by the Tennis Industry Association.
